Artist Bracelets:
My artist bracelet is the wrong size. What are my options?
You can A) exchange it for a new size or B) have a clasp added to it. To do so please print the PDF form and follow the instructions. Please allow 4-6 weeks for processing. Please note that you cannot exchange or return bracelets that have been customized (ie, engraving, stones, etc).
My bracelet is broken, what can I do?
We can fix, some, but not all damage. Since the strings are donated they are not all in perfect condition! To send in a repair please print the PDF form and follow the instructions. Please allow 4-6 weeks for processing. Please note that we cannot repair work attempted by outside jewelers.

I want to return my fashion bracelet…
Fashion bracelets can be returned within 15 days in their original, unworn state. Please mail the item, along with a printed copy of the confirmation email that states your order information, to:

Upon receiving the return, the item will be reviewed and barring any problems a refund will be issued within approximately seven days.
Some of the color is coming off my bracelet…
We recommend that you paint your bracelet with clear nail polish or a protective acrylic. The color may begin to deteriorate if you are wearing the bracelet with another metal bracelet.
